We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Domestic (U.S.): Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
- International: Delivery times vary by destination; please allow 10–21 business days for international delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and method.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Incredible Universe is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses or delays caused by customs or carriers.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized items are non-returnable.
To start a return, contact us at support@incredibleuniverse.com with your order number and details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly by replacing or refunding the affected item.
